How do I order?
Shopping is very simple using our basket. If this is the first time that you‘re shopping at our site, then you‘ll find all the information you need here.
Place the article in the basket:
If you would like to buy a CD, just click on “Order” for the article in question. You‘ll find this option on the catalogue page for each article or on each CD details page below the CD cover image. By clicking on “Order” the chosen CD is automatically placed in the basket and you move to the ‚basket page‘. You can now either return to our shop and order more CDs (without loosing the article already in the basket) or you can move on to the check-out.
When you have finished shopping, click on “Basket” in the left part of the navigation bar. This gives you a list of the articles you have ordered.
If you want to order more than one copy of a CD, then please enter the required number in the “Quantity” field and confirm your entry with Return on your computer keyboard.
Remove an article from the basket:
In order to remove articles from your basket, just click on the waste-bin symbol to the right of the CD that you want to remove from the basket.
Go to check-out:
You are now on the basket page, where all your selected titles are displayed, and you want to move on to the check-out. To do this, click on the “Order” button. Now fill out all fields of the following form. Please don‘t forget to state your address on the “Continent” pull-down menu.
Then click on “Continue”. Now you see a summary of your order and the total price you need to pay.
NB! Please click one of the select boxes to indicate your preferred method of payment.
Then click on “Continue” again and you will see the final summary of your order. Another click on “Order” then sends your online order.
Cancel order:
Have you ordered a wrong CD and want to cancel the order?
You can easily cancel your order by e-mail within 1 - 2 hours of sending it. After this time a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Complaints:
If you should receive a damaged or faulty CD then - once we have established the details - we will of course immediately exchange the faulty wares. (we‘ll pay for the shipping costs)
Confirmation of order:
We DO NOT send a confirmation of order by e-mail.
Shipping costs:
We must make the following charge for shipping costs.
€ 5,00 € in Germany, 10,00 € for Europe, 15,00 € outside Europe.
Methods of payment:
Once you have clicked the method of payment, the computer automatically calculates the costs and informs us how you will pay.
